No, you do not need to request a new license key. You can copy the license from another working instance into your new instance. The license key is tied to the server not to the instance.

6. Is OnPoint 5.0.x compatible with IE 7?
If you are using OnPoint 5.0.3, a new .jsp file is required to resolve the issue of OnPoint 5.0.3 being incompatible with IE 7. You will have to replace the old jsp file with a new sendframes.jsp file (you can get this from Orion Support if you don't have it) in C:\Orion\OnPoint503\instance\onpointgis\jspskins\default. By replacing this file it will allow OnPoint to authenticate with IE 7 and your public users will no longer have any issues viewing your site. OnPoint 5.0.4 is fully compatible with IE 7.
